Harvested young—typically between 15 to 30 days after planting—baby spinach offers soft, nutrient-rich leaves about 4 to 6 centimeters long. It’s rich in vitamins A, C, and K, iron, and antioxidants, making it a top choice for health-conscious consumers and a staple in salads, wraps, and gourmet dishes.

Greenhouse-Grown for Premium Quality

We grow our spinach in controlled greenhouses, where we can manage temperature, humidity, and cleanliness. This ensures a cleaner product, free from pests and soil-borne diseases, and allows for year-round cultivation—though it comes with unique challenges.

Seasonal Challenges

The best harvest seasons are spring and autumn, when temperatures are moderate. Growing baby spinach in hot summers or cold winters is extremely difficult due to its sensitivity to heat stress, cold damage, and slow growth. In these seasons, extra effort, care, and investment are required to maintain quality and yield.

A Delicate Process – From Field to Package

What many don’t realize is how labor-intensive the process is:

• Harvesting must be done by hand, with care, to avoid bruising the tender leaves.
• Packing is done quickly and under strict hygiene conditions to lock in freshness.
• Shipping should be in the fastest way to provide best durability and quality

This whole process must be fast and precise, especially for export. Baby spinach has a short shelf life, so we work hard to cool and ship it as fast as possible—sometimes within just a few hours of harvesting—to ensure it reaches our clients in peak condition.

Customized Packing & Export Logistics

We offer flexible packing options based on your needs:

• Retail-ready: 100g, 200g
• Bulk orders: 500g, 1000g

Each set of small packages is arranged in sturdy cartons (e.g. 40x40x60 cm), designed to fit exactly into air freight pallets (120x80x160 cm)—16 cartons per pallet. Air shipping is more expensive, but it’s necessary for baby spinach to preserve its freshness and color upon arrival.
